TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

TERMS :

✱ Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
✱ Fees cover clinic time only for Standard Appointments.
✱ Appointments with higher levels of support are also available, please enquire.
✱ Appointments last up to the designated time, but may be shorter if deemed appropriate.
✱ If you arrive late, your session will obviously be shorter.
✱ If you are ill, you will need to cancel your session (see Cancellations below)
✱ Arriving ill will not be tolerated.

CANCELLATIONS :

✱ One Body Cancellation policies are applied, so please only book if you happy to accept them.
✱ There is a No Refund policy for Cancellations.
✱ If you are ill, please let me know as soon as possible. Late notification off illness will result in anautomatic Cancellation (yes, people do inform me that they are ill at the last minute and still expect to proceed with their session, seemingly oblivious of the potential consequence for me, other people in the house and subsequent clients.
✱ 72 hours notice is required to be able to rebook your session (at no charge)
✱ With less than 72 hours notice, you will need to pay again in full, should you wish to rebook.
✱ There is a 2-strike policy for Cancellations & No-Shows.
