TERMS :

• Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.

• Fees cover clinic time only. Higher levels of support are available, please enquire.

• Appointments last up to the designated time, but may be shorter if deemed appropriate.

• If you arrive late, your session will obviously be shorter.

CANCELLATIONS :

• There is a No Refund policy for Cancellations.

• 72 hours notice is required to be able to rebook your session.

• With less than 72 hours notice please purchase and book a new appointment.

• There is a 2-strike policy for Cancellations & No-Shows.
